Hi! We've recently updated our payment remittance details for all
check
and
bank transfer
payments. These changes affect all your customers that pay using Resolve.
What does this mean for your customers?
Your customers will receive an email from Resolve informing them of the changes and with instructions on where to find the new remittance details.
Resolve will continue to support any check and bank transfer payments sent to our previous remittance details while the transition to the new details is in progress. Any payments your customers currently have in-flight will continue to be processed and applied by Resolve.
What do I need to do?
No action is required by you. If you want a copy of the new payment remittance details you can access them from your Resolve dashboard "Resources" page.
You should expect to see Resolve's transactions come from our new banking partner (JPM) effective this week. If your Bank requires more information to authenticate and authorize our new account, please reach out to us.
